At Fort Walton Beach Golf Club, rates vary depending on how busy a particular day or time is. This approach benefits everyone by keeping golf more accessible during lower-demand times while helping manage peak periods more effectively across both the Pines and Oaks courses.

We’ve implemented dynamic pricing to create a better experience for all golfers. By adjusting rates based on demand, we can reduce overcrowding, improve pace of play, and make tee times more available. Like flights or concerts, popular times may carry higher rates, while less busy times offer greater value—giving every golfer more options to choose what works best for them.

Members and juniors benefit as well. Members receive 50% off the dynamically priced rate, public juniors receive 50% off, and junior members receive 75% off. This ensures that even as rates adjust, our core players continue to receive significant value.

This system also ensures tee times are not held and wasted, giving more golfers the opportunity to play.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

All tee times must be booked online. We do not accept tee time reservations over the phone or in person.

Exceptions:

• Juniors (17 & under)
• Same-day walk-in customers paying at the counter

Online tee times are held with a valid credit card.

A no-show or late cancellation (within 24 hours) will result in a fee of 50% of the reservation.

Fees may be waived in cases of course closure or severe weather, as determined by management.

All policies apply to all reservations, including multiple tee times booked under one account. The booking account holder is the responsible party.
